User Data Deletion Instructions

This application (chat.onclick-eg.com) uses Facebook Login to let you connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts so we can manage Messenger conversations, comments and posts on your behalf. We store only the data required to provide this service: your name, email, Facebook user ID, connected Page IDs and access tokens, and the conversation data of your Page subscribers.

How to delete your data

1. From inside the app: log in, open Social Accounts, and delete your Facebook account. This removes your account, connected Pages, tokens and related subscriber data from our servers.
2. From Facebook: go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find this app and click Remove. This revokes our access immediately.
3. By email: send a request to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your Facebook name or email. We will delete all of your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

يستخدم هذا التطبيق (chat.onclick-eg.com) تسجيل الدخول بفيسبوك لربط صفحاتك على فيسبوك وحسابات إنستجرام لإدارة الرسائل والتعليقات والمنشورات نيابةً عنك. نحتفظ فقط بالبيانات اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، معرّف فيسبوك، معرّفات الصفحات المرتبطة ورموز الوصول، وبيانات محادثات مشتركي صفحتك.

طريقة حذف بياناتك

1. من داخل التطبيق: سجّل الدخول، افتح الحسابات الاجتماعية، واحذف حساب فيسبوك. سيتم حذف حسابك والصفحات المرتبطة والرموز وبيانات المشتركين من خوادمنا.
2. من فيسبوك: الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الإعدادات ← التطبيقات ومواقع الويب، اختر هذا التطبيق واضغط إزالة.
3. بالبريد الإلكتروني: أرسل طلبًا إلى [email protected] بعنوان "طلب حذف البيانات" مع اسمك أو بريدك على فيسبوك، وسنحذف كل بياناتك خلال 30 يومًا ونؤكد لك بالبريد.
